Redesigned a major telco website based on human-centered design principles to better serve mobile customers and drive online phone sales.

We reviewed existing customer journeys, personas and Google Analytics data to understand existing flows. We created multiple prototypes and tested with users and focused on fulfillment on stakeholders' KPIs. We deployed a customer journey measurement solution to enable measurement of before and after results following deployment of the new site.
